We use the latest state of the art CNC Lathe to Diamond Cut your Alloy Wheels , all located on site, enabling us to control both the quality and turnaround of your alloy wheels.

You can either drop off your wheel s or we can arrange collection to suit you. We will carefully remove the tyres and then fully inspect the wheels to ascertain any damage and the required repair process. The wheel will then be dipped to remove existing paint and blasted to clean and provide a key for the cutting process.

State of the art CNC diamond lathe for precision cutting of Alloy Wheels

Each alloy is placed into our state of the art CNC diamond lathe for precision cutting, pin pointing the exact locations of the damage. Once the data has been correlated, the diamond cutting process starts by slowly and gradually coming closer and closer to the alloy, cutting microns off each layer of the alloy.
The alloys will then be colour matched and painted to ensure the perfect finish. We will then re-fit your tyres onto the newly refurbished alloys , before balancing and collection or delivery back to yourself.
